Payment for dental treatment is requested at the end of each visit and can be made by credit card, cash or cheque.

All necessary Insurance Forms are completed with receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider if covered for dental treatment.

Med 2 forms are completed where applicable for tax back on certain treatments such as crown work and root canals.
